Over the past four years, we’ve made real progress — not just plans, but results. From securing millions in grant funding to rebuilding infrastructure, restoring our river, and strengthening partnerships across the state, we’ve laid a strong foundation for Helper’s future. But many of these efforts are still underway — and the next phase is just as important.
